Lissette Garcia

Lissette Garcia serves as the Human Resources Manager at the National Fallen Firefighters Foundation (NFFF) since June 2011, bringing a wealth of experience from previous roles at Independence Blue Cross, including Finance Analyst and Business Systems Analyst from 2001 to 2011. Lissette holds a Bachelor of Arts degree with a double major in Human Resources Management and Psychology from the University of Maryland Global Campus, as well as a credited certification in Human Resources Management & Psychology. Additionally, Lissette has earned a credited certification as a Certified Professional Secretary (CPS) from Katharine Gibbs Business School and possesses training from the Community College of Philadelphia.
