Moses Jefferies IV, Cpm

Moses Jefferies IV, CPM, has extensive experience in the fire service, currently serving as the Assistant Chief and Chief of Training at the Nashville Fire Department since September 2004. In addition to various leadership roles, including Hazardous Materials Specialist and District Chief, Moses has also worked as a Training Officer and Fire Captain, beginning as a Fire Fighter and Emergency Medical Technician. Since June 2018, Moses has contributed to the National Fallen Firefighters Foundation as an EGH-Advocate. Educational qualifications include a Master of Public Administration from Waldorf University, a Bachelor of Science in Integrated Studies with a focus on Applied Leadership from Middle Tennessee State University, and an Associate of Applied Science in Fire Science Technology from Volunteer State Community College.

National Fallen Firefighters Foundation (NFFF)

The United States Congress created the NFFF to lead a nationwide effort to remember America's fallen firefighters. Since 1992, the non-profit foundation has developed and expanded programs to honor fallen fire heroes and assist their families and coworkers.The NFFF also works closely with the fire service and life safety organizations to help prevent and reduce line-of-duty deaths and injuries.
