Megan Shellman-Rickard

Megan Shellman-Rickard has a diverse range of work experience. Megan served as the President, Chief Executive Officer, and spokesperson of the National Federation of Business and Professional Women's Clubs. Megan also held the role of 1st Vice President at the organization. Megan founded Simple Synergy Consulting, LLC, where they offered consulting services in various areas including organizational leadership, non-profit management, and marketing. Megan served in leadership roles at the Business and Professional Women of Colorado, including IT Chair and President. Megan also worked as the Outreach Coordinator for the Association for Anthroposophic Psychology. Megan was the President of Boulder Business & Professional Women and held management positions at Access Marketing & Events, LLC and CoreNet Global, Inc. Megan began their career as an Agent Assistant at APA Talent Agency.

Megan Shellman-Rickard holds a Bachelor of Arts (BA) degree in Communication, General, which they obtained from the University of Colorado Boulder between 1992 and 1996. Megan pursued further education and achieved a Master of Science degree in Organizational Leadership from Colorado State University between 2009 and 2011. In addition, they obtained a Certification in Mastery of Business Fundamentals from Front Range Community College in 2008 and 2009.
