Rachel Held

Rachel Held is an experienced outreach coordinator currently engaged with the National Federation of the Blind, a role assumed in December 2022. Previously, Rachel served as the operations manager at Charm City Aviation, LLC from June 2021 to December 2022, overseeing daily office operations and client relations. Rachel's background also includes a position as a program intern with bcmPEACE, where assistance was provided in facilitating nonviolence training programs for youth. As a summer associate with AmeriCorps VISTA, Rachel executed community outreach initiatives, while earlier experience as a summer camp counselor with the Girl Scouts involved leading outdoor and preservation activities for young women. Rachel holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Peace and Conflict Studies from Messiah University, completed in 2021.
