Matthew Christensen

Matthew Christensen has a diverse work experience in the field of sports and education. Matthew started working as an Assistant Varsity Basketball Coach at Brandon High School in December 2016. Matthew later became the Head JV Basketball Coach at the same school in November 2017. In 2015, Matthew joined National Flag Football as a Territory Manager and Business Development Specialist, where they played a significant role in expanding the company's affiliate program and generating registrations. Matthew then worked as an Athletic Director/PE Teacher at Eaton Academy and Greater Heights Academy in 2018, before transitioning to the role of Affiliate Program Manager at National Flag Football. Matthew has a strong passion for sports and has consistently demonstrated their expertise in coaching and business development.

Matthew Christensen completed their Master of Science in Administration degree with a specialization in Sports Administration at Central Michigan University from 2012 to 2014. Prior to that, they obtained a Bachelor of Science (B.S.) in Health Services/Allied Health/Health Sciences, General from Oakland University, where they studied from 2007 to 2011. In addition to their formal education, Matthew Christensen holds certifications in CPR and First Aid from the American Heart Association, a Concussion Certification from Heads Up, and is also a Trusted Coach certified by Trusted Coaches.
