Matthew Couzens has a diverse work experience. Matthew started their career in 2011 as a Team Chief at Echo 6/52 Field Artillery Battalion, where they certified their team in their system and managed and accounted for vehicles. In 2013, they joined the 32nd Army Air & Missile Defense Command as a Squad Leader, where they trained and mentored soldiers and was accountable for millions of dollars' worth of equipment. In 2016, they worked as a Shipping Receiving Clerk at Diamond Y Doors Solutions. In 2019, they held multiple roles, including Operations Team Lead at National Flag Football, State Regional Lead in Colorado, and Recreation Intern at MiLife Sport & Social Club.
Matthew Couzens attended Eastern Michigan University from 2016 to 2019, where they earned their Bachelor of Science degree in Sport Management. During their time at the university, Matthew focused their studies on Sport Management and Marketing.
