Sheritta Gilchrist

Sheritta Gilchrist has been working in the food industry for over 15 years. Sheritta began their career in 2006 as a QC Technician for EMINESS Technologies, Inc. In 2007, they moved to TIC Gums and worked in various roles, including QA Analyst, Vendor Quality Assurance Analyst, QA Supervisor, and Associate Manager, QA. In 2018, they became the Sr. Manager, QA at Ingredion Incorporated. Most recently, they were appointed as the Director of Technical Services at FlavorSum in 2021.

Sheritta Gilchrist attended the University of North Carolina at Greensboro from 2000 to 2005, studying Biochemistry. In 2013, they obtained a HACCP certification from GMA-SAFE. Sheritta also holds Certified Quality Auditor and Certified Quality Process Analyst certifications from the American Society for Quality (ASQ) - MENA.
