Manager Business Analysis at National Flood Services

Amber Waite has a diverse work experience spanning over two companies. Amber began their career at Stream International, Inc. in September 2000 as a Technical Support/Resource Agent, providing technical and software assistance to end-users. Amber also aided other support agents in answering questions. In September 2003, they transitioned to National Flood Services, where they initially worked as a Lead Customer Service Representative. Amber'sresponsibilities included handling phone calls, processing paperwork, and providing training to other CSRs. In January 2009, they took on the role of Quality Assurance Specialist, performing audits and tracking results for compliance purposes. Amber then advanced to the position of Senior Business Analyst in November 2010, where they excelled in documenting requirements and leading a team of analysts. Finally, as of December 2021, they hold the position of Manager Business Analysis at National Flood Services.

Amber Waite obtained their High School Diploma in 2000 from Flathead High School. During their time there from 1997 to 2000, they studied General Studies, Early Childhood Education, Child Development, and also received a CNA Certification.
