Lindsey E.

Lindsey E. has a strong background in the flood insurance industry, with a total of 17 years of management and compliance experience. Lindsey started their career at NFS in 2001 as an Operations Leader, and gradually climbed the ranks to become Associate Vice President and then Associate Vice President Customer Service, where they oversaw the customer service department handling over 1.5 million calls annually. In 2014, Lindsey became the Vice President of Policy Operations, responsible for processing, underwriting, and policy compliance divisions at National Flood Services. Lindsey continued their successful tenure at NFS and eventually became the Senior Vice President of Operations, where they led initiatives to optimize workforce, enhance customer experience, and reduce operational expenses by over 15%. In May 2021, Lindsey was promoted to the role of Chief Executive Officer at National Flood Services.

Lindsey E. has a Bachelor's degree in Organizational Communication and Business from The University of Montana - College of Business.
