David Graves

David Graves has a diverse work experience in operations, supply chain, and logistics. David is currently the Director of Operations and Supply Chain at National Foam Inc, where they oversee manufacturing, supply chain, logistics, quality, technical services, maintenance, and EHS. Prior to this, they held roles at National Foam Inc as an Operations Manager and Plant Manager, where they managed a chemical blending plant specializing in firefighting foam concentrates. Before joining National Foam Inc, they worked at MANN+HUMMEL Group as a Material Planner and implemented a PFEP framework to improve service level and inventory control. David also held roles at Stanley Black & Decker, Inc. as a Supply Planner and Royal Copenhagen as a Logistics Manager and Warehouse Supervisor. Overall, they have demonstrated leadership skills, inventory management expertise, and a strong background in operations and supply chain management.

David Graves pursued their education at Marist College. From 2007 to 2011, they earned a Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) degree with a major in Psychology. Later, they attended Marist College again from 2011 to 2013, where they obtained a Master of Public Administration (MPA) with a specialization in Management. In addition to their degrees, David also obtained two certifications: Heartsaver First Aid CPR AED from the American Heart Association in October 2018, and Certified Supply Chain Professional (CSCP) from APICS in December 2015.
