Donald holds a Bachelor's degree in Criminal Justice from Madonna University, an MCOLES Certification Police Academy in Criminal Justice/Safety Studies from Oakland Community College, an Associate's degree in Criminal Justice/Law Enforcement Administration from Henry Ford College, and is Pro-Board Certified in Fire Science/Fire-fighting from Oakland Community College.
