Susan Sobczak

Susan Sobczak is currently the Product Innovation Lead at National Food Group, recognized as a 10X Inc 5000 Company, since February 2022. Prior experience includes roles at Rich Products Corporation from November 2018 to February 2022, where responsibilities included Product Development Scientist III, Product Technologist II, and Product Development Scientist II. Before that, Susan worked as a Product Developer at Foxtail Foods from June 2015 to November 2018, focusing on desserts and baked goods. Earlier positions include Munchie Technician at Emergency Munchie Truck, Enology Lab Assistant at Purdue Enology Lab, and Quality Assurance Intern at Ed Miniat Inc. Susan holds a Bachelor's Degree in Food Science from Purdue University and graduated with a High School Honors Diploma from Highland High School.
