Vivienne Yu

Vivienne Yu, GAICD CEW FCPA, currently serves as a Non Executive Director and Chair of the Governance, Nomination and Remuneration Committee at Heartland Bank LTD and at AIMS APAC REIT, where also holds the title of Chair for the Nomination and Remuneration Committee. As a member of Chief Executive Women (CEW), Vivienne contributes to advancing women in leadership. Previously, Vivienne was an Executive Director at KVB Global Capital and held multiple senior roles at Commonwealth Bank from 2000 to 2018, including Executive General Manager of International Financial Services, CEO of China, Chair of CBA County Bank, and Chief Executive of Retail and Business Banking. Vivienne's educational credentials include leadership training from Harvard University and advanced qualifications in accounting and directorship.
