Doug Luse

Doug Luse currently serves as a Labor Specialist at the National Fraternal Order of Police, a position held since June 2022. Previously, Doug worked as an Organizer/Union Representative for OPEIU Local 11 from March 2020 to May 2022. Doug has extensive experience in law enforcement, having served with the Vancouver, WA Police Department from January 1987 to February 2020, culminating in the role of Lieutenant. During this tenure, Doug held various positions including patrol officer, Field Training Officer, SWAT team member, narcotics detective, corporal, and sergeant, with responsibilities in both patrol and investigations as a Lieutenant. Doug earned a Bachelor’s Degree in Law and Justice from Central Washington University between 1982 and 1986.
