Suzanne Niforos is an experienced labor relations and human resources professional with a diverse background in the field. Currently serving as a Labor Relations Specialist and previously as a Senior Human Resources Representative at General Dynamics Electric Boat since April 2014, Suzanne has developed expertise in HR technology and systems, specifically as an HRI Functional Expert for various platforms. Prior experience includes roles as an HR Analyst in Training and Development at Lee County Electric Cooperative, along with managerial positions at Aramark, where responsibilities encompassed financial reporting, payroll processing, and employee management. Suzanne's career also includes roles in accounting, data entry, and administrative support across multiple organizations, complemented by a Bachelor's Degree in Business Management from the University of South Florida and an A.A.S. in Accounting from Clinton Community College.
