Ryan Straw

Ryan Straw has extensive experience in law enforcement and public safety, currently serving as the Immediate Past President of Kentucky Lodge 32 for the National Fraternal Order of Police since December 2016. Their leadership roles include Vice President for Kentucky and Kentucky State FOP Governmental Affairs Director, as well as Local President for Louisville Metropolitan FOP Lodge 32. Straw's background includes positions as a Police Dispatcher for St. Matthews Police Department, and various roles within the Kentucky Department of Corrections as a Probation and Parole Officer. Previous experience includes work as a Law Enforcement Contractor for the Internal Revenue Service and dispatching roles at multiple police departments and jurisdictions. Straw holds a Bachelor of Arts in Communication from the University of Cincinnati.
