Annika Samuels

Annika Samuels is a seasoned human resources professional with extensive experience in diversity and inclusion, currently serving as the Director of Diversity and Inclusion at National Fuel Gas Company since August 2006. Previous roles at the same company include Manager and Assistant Manager, where responsibilities included administering the defined benefit plan and managing retirement and benefits concerns. Annika also served as Consumer Business Supervisor, overseeing a large call center and enhancing customer service procedures, and began as a Management Associate, rotating through various business segments. Prior to National Fuel Gas Company, Annika worked as a Manufacturing Engineer at Delphi from 2002 to 2006. Annika holds an M.B.A. in General Management, Marketing, Supply Chain, and Consulting from the University at Buffalo School of Management and a B.S. in Industrial Engineering from the University at Buffalo.
