Kevin Evont Bowens has extensive experience in the legal and compliance field. Kevin Evont currently serves as the Vice President, Corporate Counsel for Compliance Programs and Commercial Transactions at National Funding since April 2023. Prior to this, they held various positions at Applied Data Finance from 2017 to 2023, including SVP Legal & Compliance and Associate General Counsel, VP Legal & Compliance, and Senior Director Legal & Compliance. At Applied Data Finance, they were responsible for developing the compliance management system (CMS) and drafting the compliance plan. Kevin Evont was also promoted to the leadership team within two years.

Before their time at Applied Data Finance, Bowens worked at Encore Capital Group as the Senior Corporate Counsel and Division General Counsel in 2017.
