Heather M. Reese

Heather M. Reese, CFE, has extensive experience in compliance and quality assurance, currently serving as a Compliance Examiner at the National Futures Association since December 2021. Prior to this role, Heather worked at Intertek as a Claims Associate from May 2014 to December 2021, where responsibilities included investigating fraudulent documents and managing product certification validations. Heather also held the position of Senior Quality Specialist at Arkadin from February 2001 to April 2014, focusing on the analysis of Quality Assurance reports and mentoring operators on QA issues. Heather earned a Bachelor of Arts in Healthcare Management and Business Operations from DePaul University between 2016 and 2019.
