Kathy D Meade, CRCM, is an experienced compliance professional currently serving as a Compliance Examiner at the Federal Deposit Insurance Corporation (FDIC) since February 2023. Previously, Kathy held positions as a Virtual Compliance Officer at Review Alliance and as Chief Compliance Officer and Vice President at Bank of the Bluegrass & Trust Co., where responsibilities included maintaining compliance systems and auditing operations. Kathy spent over three decades at Citizens Guaranty Bank as Chief Compliance Officer, focusing on regulatory compliance and training. Additionally, Kathy has served on the Board of Advisors for Compliance Resource, LLC. Kathy holds a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration with a Minor in Communications from the University of the Cumberlands and a graduate degree from the Graduate School of Banking at LSU.
