Jay Nichols began their career as a Law Clerk at Berton N Ring PC, where Jay resolved complaints for clients and played a key role in trial preparation. At National Futures Association, Jay has held various leadership positions, including Associate Director Investigations & Restitution and Senior Manager. Jay provides guidance to team members on regulatory compliance and conducts examinations of NFA members domestically and internationally. Jay also investigates disciplinary cases, presents findings to leadership, and ensures operational efficiency within the organization. Jay's educational background includes a Bachelor of Science in Accountancy and a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science and Government from Northern Illinois University.
