Kleio Pethainou

Kleio Pethainou has extensive experience in internal communications and arts management, currently serving as an Internal Communications Officer at the National Galleries of Scotland since March 2015. Responsibilities include designing communication channels for staff engagement and delivering various internal communications. Previous roles at the National Galleries included Day Supervisor and Attendance Supervisor, overseeing operations and safety at cultural venues. Additional experience includes editorial work at Trivent Publishing, tutoring at The University of Edinburgh, and positions in customer service and project management. Kleio holds a Ph.D. in the History of Art, along with a Master's degree and a Bachelor's degree in related fields, complemented by a background in Economic Science.
