Andrew Moore

Andrew Moore is an experienced library assistant at the National Gallery of Ireland since September 2004, specializing in cataloguing, metadata management, and staff training on taxonomies and imaging software. Prior roles include editorial assistant at Tema Celeste, where Andrew managed article commissioning and editing, and cataloguer positions at Dublin City Gallery The Hugh Lane and Bonhams & Butterfields, focusing on artwork cataloguing and valuation. Andrew has advanced academic qualifications, including a Master’s in Fine Art and Art History from Newcastle University and an MsEcon in Library and Information Studies from Aberystwyth University, alongside numerous publications on the intersection of art and printed materials in the 19th and early 20th centuries.
