Paul Banga

Paul Banga serves as the Service Readiness Lead (Interim) at National Gas since August 2023, focusing on the Service Readiness and Service Transition of new IT services during the organization’s separation from National Grid. Prior to this role, Paul held the position of Transformation & Enablement / Service Transition Manager (Interim) at National Grid (March 2022 - August 2023), overseeing resource planning and coordination across multiple projects. With extensive experience in IT management, Paul has also been the UK Infrastructure & Operations Manager (Interim) at Calor Gas Ltd (November 2019 - January 2021), where responsibilities included strategic direction for IT systems and the transition to modern solutions. Previous roles include UK/US Cloud Services Owner (Interim) at National Grid and Group IT Services Manager (Interim) at Nars PLC, alongside various interim technical consulting positions. Paul holds a Bachelor of Science (BSc) (Hons) in Computing & Business from the University of Wolverhampton.
