Phil Hobbins

Phil Hobbins has over 26 years of experience in the gas transmission sector, currently serving as the Commercial Change Manager and previously as the Commercial Codes Manager at National Gas Transmission since October 1997. Prior to this role, Phil held the position of Code Development Manager at National Grid from October 1997 to February 2023. Phil Hobbins holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Modern History with Economics from The University of Manchester, which was completed in June 1995.
