Romi Gill

Romi Gill currently serves as the Head of Investment Delivery at National Gas since November 2023. Previously, Romi held various roles at KPMG from August 2012 to November 2023, including Associate Director of Deal Execution and Manager of Integration & Separation. In these positions, responsibilities included advising on operational integrations and separations related to acquisitions and divestitures, managing Transition Services Agreements, and overseeing post-close implementation and performance tracking. Additionally, Romi worked as a Senior Audit Associate, showcasing expertise in International Financial Reporting Standards, internal and external audits. Romi holds a Bachelor of Science degree from Durham University, obtained in 2016.
