Stacey Marston

Stacey Marston is an experienced HR professional with a strong background in people systems and operations. Currently serving as the Head of People Systems and Operations at National Gas Transmission since February 2023, Stacey focuses on employee administration, payroll services, and the implementation of the People Technology roadmap. Previously, Stacey held various leadership roles at National Grid from March 2015 to February 2023, including Head of People Systems & Operations for Gas Transmission & Metering and Product Owner for Recruitment & Onboarding. Other notable positions include HR Service Delivery & Information Manager at Phoenix Group and HR Information Systems Specialist at The NEC Group, showcasing a comprehensive expertise in HR services, process improvement, and systems management.
