Gregg Schroeder

Gregg Schroeder is a seasoned writer and editorial professional with extensive experience in the field of English language teaching (ELT). Currently self-employed since March 2005, Gregg provides editorial services and writing for various prestigious clients, including National Geographic Learning, Pearson Education, HarperCollins, and the BBC. As a freelance writer for National Geographic Learning since September 2017, Gregg has also served as a lecturer at the Community College of City University, focusing on academic writing skills for two-year Associate Degree students. Prior experience includes managing a team at Pearson Education Asia as a Publishing Manager and holding various editorial positions at Pearson Education. Gregg began the career as an Assistant English Teacher in the Japan Exchange and Teaching (JET) Programme and worked as a reporter for the Telegram-Tribune newspaper. Educational qualifications include a Master of Fine Arts in Creative Writing from City University of Hong Kong and a Bachelor of Science in Journalism from California Polytechnic State University-San Luis Obispo.
