Thiago R. has a diverse work experience in sales and education. Thiago started their career as a Professor at Greenwich Schools from 2005 to 2008. Thiago then joined Editora Moderna, where they worked as an ELT Consultant from 2009 to 2012 and later as a Sales and Marketing ELT Coordinator from 2012 to 2015. Following that, they worked at Grupo Santillana México as a Sales Manager for Mexico from 2015 to 2016. Currently, they serve as the Head of Sales for Mexico, Central America, and The Caribbean at National Geographic Learning ELT, starting from 2022.
Thiago R. obtained a Bachelor's degree in Historia, Língua Inglesa from UFOP - Universidade Federal de Ouro Preto from 2001 to 2004. In 2004, they also completed a program in English Proficiency (ECPE) from the University of Michigan. In 2020, Thiago attended the University of California, Berkeley, Haas School of Business for a program in Accelerating Change Readiness and Agility. Thiago also holds additional certifications in TOEIC from ETS in 2011 and Sales and Negotiation from Dale Carnegie Training.
