Linda Makarov

Linda Makarov has extensive experience in graphic design, currently serving as Managing Designer at National Geographic Partners since March 2008, where progression through roles includes Graphic Designer and Senior Graphic Designer. Prior to this, Linda held various positions at Cision from January 2018 to June 2019, culminating as Manager of Marketing Design. Additional experience includes working as a Digital Tech/Photography Assistant at Annie Griffiths Photography and serving as Senior Graphic Designer at George Mason University's Mason Media Lab. Earlier career highlights consist of graphic design roles at Upright Communication in Sweden and Styra Interactive. Linda earned a BFA in Art and Visual Technology with a focus on Graphic Design from George Mason University between 2006 and 2008.
