Nicholas Goodman

Nicholas Goodman currently serves as the Manager of Science and Innovation Programs at the National Geographic Society since October 2023. Prior experience includes a tenure at Forest Trends Association from June 2021 to October 2023, where Nicholas held the positions of Senior Associate and Program Associate within the Forest Policy, Trade, and Finance Initiative. Additional roles include a Research Intern at Collaborating for Resilience (CoRe) and a Development Assistant on the Major Gifts Team at Public Citizen. Nicholas’s career began in development and operations at Yamba Malawi, followed by various positions including Seasonal Compliance Assistant at AFS Intercultural Programs, Research Intern at Verité, and Administrative Assistant at George Washington University. Nicholas holds a Master’s degree in International Relations and Affairs from American University and a Bachelor’s Degree in the same field from The George Washington University.
