Dawn Rodney-Tranchitella

Dawn Rodney-Tranchitella is an accomplished professional in the media and entertainment industry, currently serving as VP, Creative at National Geographic Channel since 2000. During the tenure at National Geographic Channel, Dawn has also held the positions of SVP, Strategic Marketing and Creative, and VP, Creative & Brand Strategy. Prior experience includes roles at Animal Planet/Discovery Communications from 1997 to June 2000, where Dawn worked as a Supervising Producer and held the title of Senior Producer at Animal Planet from 1997 to 1999. Dawn's earlier career includes serving as Promotion Manager at W*USA-TV/Gannett Co. from 1990 to 1997. Dawn is an alumna of Duquesne University, having completed studies from 1983 to 1987.
