Garret Smith

Garret Smith is an accomplished photographer, editor, camera operator, and producer with over a decade of experience, beginning with DirtMyth Creative in March 2010, where extensive travel across the United States has fueled a passion for adventure and photography. In addition to working on various freelance projects for companies such as NEMO Equipment, Patagonia, and YETI Coolers since 2016, Garret contributes as a swing tech and sound mixer for a National Geographic documentary series. Notable experiences include serving as a photographer for Outdoor Life Magazine and taking on roles as a camera operator and associate producer at Zero Point Zero Production Inc. Additionally, Garret has a background in wildland firefighting with the US Forest Service and has a Bachelor's degree in Photojournalism from the University of Montana.
