Heather Chelson

Heather Chelson has extensive experience in the field of geospatial intelligence, currently serving as Program Director for Collection and Data Services at the National Geospatial-Intelligence Agency since May 2004. Over the years, Heather has held multiple leadership roles within the agency, including Deputy Program Director for Needs & Collection Management IPO and Chief of various divisions. Prior to joining the National Geospatial-Intelligence Agency, Heather worked as a Section Manager at TASC and as a Business Analyst at TRW. Heather holds a Master of Engineering in Systems Engineering from The George Washington University, an MBA from George Mason University, and a Bachelor of Arts in Mathematics and Economics from William & Mary.
