José Estrada

Director, Geoint Governance Office at National Geospatial-Intelligence Agency

José Estrada has a diverse work experience in the field of intelligence and technology. José started their career at the US Air Force in 1996, where they served in various roles related to network engineering, evaluations, and satellite systems operations. José then joined the National Geospatial-Intelligence Agency in 2008 and held several positions, including Deputy Chief, Portfolio Lead, and Resource Deputy. In their most recent role, they served as the Director of the GEOINT Governance Office. José has demonstrated expertise in technology integration, mission planning, and program management throughout their career.

José Estrada obtained a Bachelor's of Science degree in Computer Information Systems from Universidad del Turabo in 2000-2002. Following this, they pursued a Master's degree in Information Technology Management at Webster University from 2003 to 2005. Additionally, they completed a degree in Aerospace Studies in Aeronautical/Aerospace Engineering Technology at Universidad de Puerto Rico from 2000 to 2002.
