Kellye Parker

Kellye Parker, MBA, TS//SCI, currently serves as the Deputy Chief of the Acquisition Governance and Oversight Division at the National Geospatial-Intelligence Agency since August 2023. Prior to this role, Parker was the Chief of the Strategic Plans & Integration Branch at Air Mobility Command from April 2022 to August 2023. With extensive experience at the US Transportation Command from October 2012 to April 2022, Parker held multiple key positions, including Executive Assistant to the Deputy Commander, Chief of Corporate Governance and PPBE Integration Branch, and Program Manager in Acquisition. Parker began a career in financial and cost analysis within the United States Air Force from September 2009 to October 2012. Educational credentials include an MBA in Management and Leadership from Webster University, a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration in Finance and Management from Bemidji State University, and a certificate from the Women's Leadership Forum at Washington University in St. Louis.
