Ross Hall, GISP, is an accomplished Geospatial Data Manager at the National Geospatial-Intelligence Agency, managing geospatial datasets from multinational programs since October 2017. Serving as an Officer in the US Navy Reserve since December 2011, Ross is a certified Targeting Officer responsible for creating Electronic Target Folders and performing critical assessments related to military operations.
