Ross Hall

Ross Hall, GISP, is an accomplished Geospatial Data Manager at the National Geospatial-Intelligence Agency, managing geospatial datasets from multinational programs since October 2017. Serving as an Officer in the US Navy Reserve since December 2011, Ross is a certified Targeting Officer responsible for creating Electronic Target Folders and performing critical assessments related to military operations. Previous roles include significant contributions at Leidos, CJTF-HOA, CACI International Inc., and L-3 Communications, where Ross led joint service teams, managed geospatial services, and produced thousands of geospatial products supporting various military operations. Educational credentials include a Master of Arts in International Relations from the University of Oklahoma, a Bachelor of Science in Management from the University of Mount Olive, an Associate's degree from Rockland Community College, and a certificate in Client-Side Programming from the University of Illinois Urbana-Champaign.
