Anna Heard

Anna Heard is a Senior Policy Analyst in Health Care Delivery at the National Governors Association. Prior to their current role, Anna has gained experience working as a Federal Health Consultant at Deloitte, an Intern at the United States Senate Committee on the Budget and the Centers for Medicare & Medicaid Services, a Financial and Budget Analyst at Harvard T.H. Chan School of Public Health, and a Fiscal Policy Analyst at the Massachusetts State Senate. Anna holds a Master of Public Policy from Georgetown University and a Bachelor of Arts in Quantitative Economics from Tufts University.
