Danielle Hitt is an accomplished communications professional with extensive experience in strategic communications and colleague engagement. Currently serving as an External Affairs Advisor at National Grid since September 2025, Danielle focuses on strategic communications for infrastructure projects in Wales. Previous roles include Internal Communications and Colleague Engagement Manager at Monmouthshire Building Society, where Danielle implemented a comprehensive colleague engagement strategy and rebuilt the SharePoint intranet.
