Dominick Madonna

Dominick Madonna, MBA, currently serves as a Senior Product Strategist at National Grid since July 2024. Previously, Dominick was a Product Manager at SweatWorks, where responsibilities included managing digital and hardware fitness products and developing product strategies. Prior experience includes being a Product Specialist at JMA Wireless, focusing on the Transmission Line Systems Product Line, and founding X-Factor Lacrosse, LLC, which achieved over $85,000 in sales and secured a USPTO-approved patent. Dominick also has experience as a Professional Athlete with the Boston Cannons, an Assistant Lacrosse Coach at Le Moyne College, and various engineering roles, including at Welch Allyn and UTC Aerospace Systems. Dominick holds an MBA from Le Moyne College and a Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical Engineering from Syracuse University.
