Emily Demarest

Emily Demarest currently serves as the Lead Program Manager for US Communications at National Grid since September 2022. With a diverse background, Emily has worked as a Freelance Copywriter for Kensington Publishing since January 2015 and held various positions at The Viscardi Center, including External Relations and Marketing Manager, and External Relations Specialist from March 2016 to September 2022. Additionally, Emily gained experience as a Content Writer at AgFunder from June 2014 to October 2015 and as an Office Assistant/Aide at Panetta Physical Therapy from May 2009 to November 2013. Early in the career, Emily interned at NBC News in the News Desk Department in 2007. Emily holds a Bachelor’s Degree in English: Literature & Rhetoric from Binghamton University.
