Fred Kwan

Fred Kwan is an experienced leader in data engineering and quality management, currently serving as Director of Data Engineering at National Grid since August 2020. With a robust background in quality engineering and software quality assurance, Fred has previously held senior roles at renowned companies including Kronos Incorporated, Syncsort, and Trillium Software, where responsibilities encompassed quality strategy, automation efforts, and cross-functional team mentorship. Fred began the career as a Database Analyst at Harte Hanks and has progressively built expertise through various technical and managerial positions. Fred holds a Master's Degree in Computer Science from Boston University and a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration from Suffolk University.
