Lenny Buskey Willis

Lenny Buskey Willis has extensive experience in the regulatory and customer service sectors, currently serving as a Senior Regulatory Analyst at National Grid since May 2010. Previous roles at National Grid include Business Analyst, Associate Analyst, Team Lead, and Customer Service Specialist. Prior to joining National Grid, Lenny held the position of Customer Service Team Lead at Sutherland from 2007 to May 2010, along with serving as a Customer Service Specialist in both Sutherland and Winning Strategies Marketing from 2006 to 2007. Lenny obtained an Associate of Science degree in Business Administration and Management from Onondaga Community College.
