Manoj Sriram

Manoj Sriram is an experienced Lead Product Design Manager at National Grid, overseeing a team of Product Designers and UX Researchers in the US Electric line of business since May 2023. Manoj has previously held roles as Product Design Lead and Senior Product Designer at Wayfair, contributing to various digital applications and initiatives, including the development of responsive web mobile apps and managing vendor implementations. With a strong foundation in UX design and product development, Manoj freelanced at Manoj Sriram Design and served as a User Experience Designer at General Assembly. Additional experience includes roles in strategic talent advisory and technical recruiting, with a focus on UI/UX and cloud technologies. Manoj holds a Bachelor of Science in Psychology from the University of California, Davis, and completed further studies at General Assembly.
