Mickey Labana is a seasoned IT professional with extensive experience in service operations and incident management. Currently serving as Senior Director and Global Head of IT Service Operations at National Grid since June 2015, Mickey has previously held significant roles, including Director and Head of UK Service Management, and Head of Major Incident Management at National Grid. Prior to this, Mickey worked at Deutsche Bank as VP of Major Incident Management and held various incident management positions at JPMorgan Chase & Co., Huawei Technologies, T-Systems, BP, and Capgemini. Mickey's career began with a role as Service Manager at Segro PLC and Red Insight, showcasing a consistent trajectory of leadership in major incident and service delivery management across multiple prestigious organizations.
