Nicole Howard is a seasoned executive with extensive experience in customer service and marketing strategies within the energy sector. Currently serving as Vice President of Product Growth, Marketing, and Customer Strategy at National Grid since October 2021, Nicole previously held the position of Vice President of Customer Programs & Services at Southern California Edison from November 2020 to October 2021. Notably, during a long tenure at SMUD, spanning from November 2002 to November 2020, Nicole progressed through various roles including Chief Customer Officer and Senior Director of Customer Services, leading a team of over 300 employees and managing a $46 million budget. Nicole holds a Bachelor’s degree in Legal Studies from the University of California, Berkeley and a Master’s degree in Public Administration from California State University-Dominguez Hills.
