Odom Alele

Odom Alele is a Cyber Security Risk and Policy Analyst at National Grid since December 2022, specializing in the development of ICS-specific policies and procedures that align with IT security, physical safety, and business continuity. Prior to this role, Odom served as a Principal Engineer at Etisalat Nigeria (later 9 Mobile) from April 2010 to February 2021, where responsibilities included fraud detection, log analysis, and incident response through forensic investigations. Odom's earlier career includes positions as an RF Manager at Alcatel-Lucent Vietnam, an RF Consultant for Mobily in Saudi Arabia, an RF Network Optimization Engineer for Glo Network in Nigeria, and a Project Engineer at ZTE Corporation, focusing on network management and project asset management. Odom holds a Master's degree in Cybersecurity from the University of Chester and an undergraduate degree from the University of Benin.
