Raman Somayajulu, PE, is a highly experienced engineering professional specializing in transmission planning and electric utility infrastructure. Currently serving as Principal Engineer at National Grid since July 2019, Raman has a rich background that includes roles such as Transmission Manager at Enel Green Power and Senior Transmission Planning Engineer at National Grid. Raman excels in conducting technical analyses for the construction of multimillion-dollar electric transmission facilities and has contributed to compliance studies focusing on system-wide stability.
