Stephanie Chery-Winder

Stephanie Chery-Winder is an experienced professional in career development and vocational rehabilitation, currently serving as a Secondary Education Specialist & Strategic Initiatives Manager at National Grid since December 2022. Previously, Stephanie held the position of Director of Career Center Programs at MASSHIRE- North Shore Career Center from August 2021 to November 2022. Prior to that role, Stephanie worked as a Qualified Vocational Rehabilitation Counselor at the Massachusetts Rehabilitation Commission from June 2017 to August 2021, and as a Youth Case Manager at MassHire North Shore Career Center from May 2015 to June 2017. Stephanie's early career includes experience as an ABA Counselor at Melmark New England and an internship at Myomics Inc. Stephanie holds a Master’s Degree in Industrial and Organizational Psychology from the University of Hartford and a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology and Foreign Languages from Assumption University.
