Tolu Akinsete

Tolu Akinsete is a seasoned change management professional with extensive experience in implementing strategic transformations within the financial services sector. Currently serving as Change Lead at National Grid since July 2020, Tolu is responsible for overseeing change management activities related to the Treasury Management System implementation and the development of its Target Operating Model. Previous roles include Transformational Change Manager at Shell and Change Lead at HSBC, where Tolu led multiple programs aimed at enhancing operational efficiency and automation. Tolu's career also includes significant positions at Barclays and RBS, where expertise in targeted operating models, regulatory projects, and organizational change was demonstrated. Tolu holds a 1st Class Honours degree in Multimedia Technology & Design from Brunel University London.
